Cable Positive Offers Messages on New Platform: Flash Drives
NEW YORK - May 6, 2007
Download Cable Positive’s Public Service Announcements (PSAs) and the organizations 2005 - 2006 Annual Report from a new Join the Fight flash drive wrist band, available for the first time at The 2007 National Cable Show. The red “Lance Armstrong style” bands will be available at Cable Positive’s Booth 5276 in limited quantities during the three-day show held in Las Vegas, Nevada, May 7-9th.
Each band has 256 megabytes of data storage capability and comes pre-loaded with the organizations annual report and four PSAs in both English and Spanish from the 2006-2007 Join the Fight campaign. This initiative expands the platforms for Cable Positive’s PSAs from television to the user’s laptop or desktop, exemplifying the organizations use of technology in spreading lifesaving information about HIV/AIDS.
“These new Cable Positive flash drive wrist bands enable busy people to take the information about Cable Positive and the fight against HIV/AIDS with them, in the most portable, convenient manner,” said Cable Positive President & CEO Steve Villano. “Now industry leaders and activists can take the fight against HIV/AIDS with them – wherever they can plug our flash drive into a computer.”
