CTPAA FORUM 2004 FEATURES CABLE POSITIVE’S FIRST-EVER SESSION

Empowering Your Employees: HIV/AIDS in the Workplace Session

Tuesday, March 23 from 2:15 – 3:30 pm

NEW YORK, NY - March 17, 2004
Cable Positive, the cable and telecommunications industry‘s AIDS action organization, will conduct the organization’s first session ever at the Cable Television Public Affairs Associations (CTPAA) Forum 2004: Communicating Cable’s Value from March 21 – 24 in Washington DC. The session entitled Empowering Your Employees: HIV/AIDS in the Workplace, will focus on ways to implement successful HIV/AIDS employee initiatives in your workplace. Attendees will sample a segment of Cable Positive’s AIDS in the Workplace program, endorsed by the CDC’s Business Responds to AIDS (BRTA) followed by a panel discussion with several cable industry human resource practitioners who include HIV/AIDS education as part of ongoing employee relations.

Bonnie Hathaway, Time Warner’s Vice President for Public Affairs will moderate the panel that includes: Alyssa Goldberg, Manager Employment and Employee Relations, Viacom; Grace de Latour, Executive Vice President, Human Resources, YES Network; Jennifer Randolph, Vice President, Organizational Development, Court TV; Nancy Schadoff, Vice President, Operations, Cable Positive; and Ryan Siskow, Director, Organizational & Learning Development, MTV Networks.

The session will be held at The Fairmount Hotel, located at 2401 M St., NW, Washington DC.
