VIVICA A. FOX TO HOST CAROLE POSITIVE! AN EVENING TO BENEFIT CABLE POSITIVE HONORING CAROLE BLACK AND LIFETIME TELEVISION FOR THEIR COMMITTMENT TO THE FIGHT AGAINST HIV/AIDS WITH SPECIAL PERFORMANCE BY LEWIS BLACK

NEW YORK, NY - April 18, 2005
Vivica A. Fox, star of Lifetime’s Missing will host Carole Positive! An Evening to Benefit Cable Positive on May 10, 2005 at The Marriott Marquis in New York.  Cable Positive, the cable and telecommunications industry’s national non-profit AIDS action organization, will honor Carole Black, former Lifetime Entertainment Services President and CEO, and Lifetime Television with the 2005 Joel A. Berger Memorial Award for outstanding contribution in the fight against HIV/AIDS.  Comedian Lewis Black is scheduled to perform at the benefit.

Betty Cohen, Lifetime Entertainment Service’s new President and CEO, will participate in the festivities along with the event chairs Steve Burke, COO, Comcast Corporation, President, Comcast Cable Communications, LLC; Rocco Commisso, Chairman & CEO, Mediacom Communications; Jim Robbins, President & CEO, Cox Communications Inc.; and Robert P. May, Interim President & CEO, Charter Communications.
