CABLE POSITIVE’S 5TH ANNUAL BROADWAY BENEFIT: THE DROWSY CHAPERONE SET FOR SEPTEMBER 12

NEW YORK, NY - August 24, 2006

Cable Positive, the cable and telecommunications industry’s national non-profit AIDS action organization, announced that tickets are going fast for the organization’s 5th Annual Broadway Benefit featuring the 5 time Tony award winning musical The Drowsy Chaperone

The Drowsy Chaperone is a new Broadway musical which features the incredibly talented Sutton Foster and boldly addresses a great unspoken desire in all of our hearts:  to be entertained.  If you’ve ever sat in a darkened theatre and thought, “Dear Lord in heaven, please let it be good,” this is the show for you!  This special performance of The Drowsy Chaperone for Cable Positive’s 5th Annual Broadway Benefit is happening Tuesday, September 12th, 7 PM at the Marriott Marquis Theatre. 

Immediately following the show, Cable Positive will host its famous Broadway Benefit after party at Blue Chili located at 251 W. 51st Street, Between 8th & Broadway.
