"The Tony Cox Fund provides funding to AIDS organizations to produce HIV/AIDS-related programming and encourages cable systems to form working partnerships with their community-based AIDS organizations."

The Fund is named in memory of former chairman and CEO of Showtime Networks, Inc. and a founding honorary chair of Cable Positive, Winston "Tony" Cox. Grants are awarded for the creation of local AIDS-related programming and PSAs in three grant cycles per year. Since its inception in 1996, the Tony Cox Fund has awarded more than $600,000 to AIDS service organizations across the United States. The Cycle 12 grant application deadline is October 6.
