ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible to receive Cable Positive's Brad Wojcoski Memorial Award, nominees must currently be employed by a company in the cable and telecommunications industry.

NOMINATION REQUIREMENTS
Nominees must have contributed to the fight against AIDS in their community and/or have provided local support or fundraising for Cable Positive's programs and service.

Contributions include, but are not limited to: direct and/or social service to individuals that are HIV positive including volunteering at local AIDS service organization; fundraising and participating in local events that raise awareness and funds for AIDS research; peer counseling and education for youth about safer sex practices; volunteering at HIV testing clinic; coordinating company HIV/AIDS volunteer initiatives for Cable Positive and/or a local ASO.

Individuals can not nominate themselves but can send supporting documentation.

Cable Positive is now accepting nominations for the 2007 Brad Wojcoski Memorial Award!

Cable Positive's Brad Wojcoski Memorial Award recognizes the cable and telecommunications industry employee whose efforts have made a significant impact in the fight against HIV and AIDS in their local community. As part of the award, Cable Positive makes a donation of $2,500 to the AIDS service organization of their choice.

The annual award was established in 1993 to honor Brad Wojcoski, one of the original members of Cable Positive's Board of Directors. Brad, who worked for HBO, died of complications due to AIDS in 1993.
